HOW TO USE

STEAM OIL

Steaming:

  • Boil water then fill a tea cup.
  • Add 3 drops of oil.
  • Cover your head with a towel or use a steamer.
  • Steam your face for 10 minutes daily, inhaling 10 times through your nose and ten times through your mouth.

Foot Soak:

  • Add 3 drops of oil to a basin of water as hot as you can stand.
  • Relax and soak feet for 15 minutes at least 3 times per week.

Massage:

  • Add 3 drops of oil to 2 oz of essential massage oil.
  • Massage feet, and body.

Bath Salts:

  • Add 3-4 scoops to a bath as hot as you can stand.
  • Soaking in the bath salts will aid in reducing inflammation, muscle and joint aches.
